Impressed by the delicious examples of Lambrusco being made in Italy today, we were inspired to try our hand at Hawks View’s first sparkling red wine. Crafted from our Carbonic Pinot Noir, this playful wine presents an exuberant bouquet of bramble berry, green strawberry, and bubblegum aromas, enhanced by a lively effervescence. The sweetness of the berry flavors is beautifully balanced by the refreshing, prickly bubbles, leading to a clean, crisp finish. While it may seem a bit adventurous at first, you'll likely find it surprisingly delicious by the time you reach the end of the bottle, just as we did.
