If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the three (3) delivery attempts, UPS will return your package back to the winery. You have the option to have the package held for pick-up or reshipped for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us directly with questions or concerns regarding delivery.
Refund of Package
Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. Please see our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Wine Held at UPS/Fedex Will-Call
If you will be unable to sign for your wine, please manage your delivery by clicking on the tracking link in the e-mail sent to you. From there, click “Delivery Options” and request to hold your package at a UPS/Fedex Will-Call.
Packages requested to be held at a UPS/Fedex will-call will only be available for 5 business days prior to being returned to the winery. Returned shipments are subject to a re-shipping fee at the purchaser’s expense.
Reroutes
Once your Wine Club Shipment, Online Store, or Tasting Room Order has been processed and a change of address is required while in route, a one-time complimentary reroute will be honored. Please contact the Wine Club Department directly. All future reroutes, after the one time complimentary reroute, a charge of $22.00 will be applied to the order.
